When you use or access the Build your future website (Site), you entrust Avempace, the legal entity which carries the Build your future project, with some of your personal data as defined at “3. Data likely to be collected”.

 

Are considered as personal data, within the meaning of the general regulations relating to data protection dated 27 April 2016 (hereafter the "GRDP"), any data allowing direct or indirect identification of a natural person, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, etc., are considered as personal data. (hereinafter the "Personal Data").

 

The purpose of this privacy policy is to describe the conditions under which Avempace proceeds through the Site www.buildyourfuture.eu (i) to the collection, processing and storage of Your Personal Data within the framework of the Services and (ii) to the installation and use of cookies (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy"). We therefore invite you to read the Privacy Policy carefully.​

3. Data likely to be collected 

 

When you contact us via the contact form available on the site, you are likely to send us personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) and user data (hereinafter “User Data”).

 

Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, your first and last name, citizenship, school, travel interests, and your email address. User Data includes, but is not limited to, your browser type, device, IP address, and session statistics.

The collection and processing of your Personal Data by Avempace has the sole and unique purpose of responding to your contact requests made via the website www.buildyourfuture.eu .

For your full information, commercial canvassing operations and the deposit of cookies are implemented after your consent has been obtained.

 

6. Duration and place of storage

 

Your Personal Data is stored on Belgian territory.

 

We keep your Personal Data for the duration strictly necessary for the purpose in question. When the Personal Data has been collected for canvassing purposes, and subject to obtaining your consent, the Personal Data is kept for a period of 3 years.

Avempace implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorised access, and to preserve the confidentiality of the data collected.

 

However, Avempace reminds you of the limitations and constraints specific to the Internet network and, consequently, the impossibility of guaranteeing total security for data exchanges.

The Personal Data collected is exclusively intended for Build your future, for the sole purpose of responding to your requests to subscribe to the program and make contact via the Site. All persons within Avempace who may have access to Personal Data undertake to implement strict measures of confidentiality and protection of your Personal Data.
