We will organise a pre-selection based on your needs and requirements and send you the profiles that match your offer the most. Once you made up your mind, we will start to organise the traineeship: we will take care of all the paperwork, secure Erasmus+ funding for the selected trainee and proceed with a complex preparatory training including professional coaching and language courses. By the time your new trainee joins your organisation, he or she will be well prepared to face new tasks and challenges.
